Refund Eligibility: Refunds are applicable only for services that have not been processed. Once a service application is submitted to the respective authorities, it becomes non-refundable.
Refund Process: Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method. Customers will receive a confirmation notification once the refund is initiated.
Non-Refundable Cases: Services that have already been completed, approved, or dispatched to government authorities are non-refundable.
